Description :   This document describes the current state (1970) of knowledge in spatial geodynamics. He identifies the problems as well as the means necessary to try to solve them. It defines a scientific program (1971-1980) . The creation of a Space Geodesy Research Group bringing together the existing teams as well as the development of international cooperation are envisaged. The leading role that CERGA could play is set out at the end of the volume. A Committee made up of 5 members (Barlier, P. Couteau; Guinot, Kovalevsy, J.Levy) is working on the drafting of a blue book on the geodynamics of the Earth-Moon system. It will specify the scientific objectives to be achieved.
